BiTies provides courier, transport, and delivery services within the UK. Our mission is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient movement of goods for individuals and businesses.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised communication channels.
• Payment must be completed before the service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change based on distance, time, and service type. Any additional charges (e.g., congestion fees, waiting time, or extra labour) will be clearly communicated.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a fee.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that collection and delivery addresses are accurate.
• Provide safe access for loading and unloading.
• Notify us in advance of any large, fragile, or special items.
• Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional fees.

5. Liability

• BiTies takes utmost care during every transport, but we are not liable for:
• Items improperly packed or not declared as fragile.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service charge unless additional insurance is purchased.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, weapons, or perishable food. Items that violate UK transport regulations will not be accepted.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Modifications

BiTies reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate UK courts.
